Give the guy props. For not being a fighter — he hasn’t fought in over two years — Sam Gagner didn’t shy away from sticking up for Brayden Schenn, who was blindsided by Antoine Roussel over the middle last night.
Nobody on the Flyers really took notice… besides Gagner.
The fight, though, was hardly that as Gagner was steamrolled. At the very least, it earned him major props among his new peers in a game where the team lost 2-1.
