Last night, there was no Chase Utley at Citi Field – unless you count the pregame introductions of when Mets fans unmercifully booed him while he stood like a robot and took it all in, likely laughing maniacally inside his own head because he’s still The Man.

Not only was he received with a loud chorus of boos, many Mets fans took to the posterboard to write things down, surprisingly with enough sense to recruit a person that could spell [there are those in New York that can, go figure].
