Many people, including myself, expected Ryan White to be suspended after he doled out this hit last night on Tomas Jurco.
Somehow, White has avoided supplemental discipline.

That’s good news for White, but I’m kind of surprised at that. I thought for sure he’d get at least one game. It’s possible the league thinks the hit was more of a body check than a head hit, and not late despite Jurco having already released the puck.
