You know the drill by now. Every Friday before the Super Bowl circa 6 a.m. the Wells Fargo Center opens its doors for gluttony, booze and boobs. You either despise it, or you already took off work Friday (and Saturday if applicable). Hosts Angelo Cataldi and Al Morganti have the broadcast on 94 WIP along with first-year co-commentator and five-time Wing Bowl champ Bill “El Wingador” Simmons, who is out of jail after serving a two-year stint for cocaine charges; special guest Dennis Rodman will headline the event; Eagles’ long snapper Jon Dorenbos is back for his third year as Commissioner; and Molly Schuyler will try to regain the crown from Patrick Bertoletti, who ate a record 444 wings at last year’s Wing Bowl.

Broncos Meetup / Super Bowl parties
(Tavern On Broad)
Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6pm

broncos fans
Unlike the Panthers, there’s a Philly-based Broncos Meetup group that gets together for every game throughout the season. These aren’t bandwagon fans. They are a group of lifelong Denver diehards. If you want to meet fellow Broncos fans that publicly root against the Eagles, you’ll find them at Tavern On Broad this Sunday.

If you are just looking for a spot to watch the big game and be social, there are no shortages from the usual suspects like XFINITY Live! and Chickie’s and Pete’s. For $50 (in advance) at Brauhaus Schmitz, you can watch the game on the big screen in their Brauer Bund Beer Hall with bottomless beer specials and a huge buffet of pork rinds, roast beef, meatballs, wings and more. Our own Sean Brace will also be emceeing over at JD McGillicuddy’s in Manayunk, where $30 buys you open bar and all-you-can-eat wings for the entire game, plus tons of prizes and giveaways throughout the night.
