A New Type of “Sport” in Southwest Philly

Great Big Story published a video profiling Malik Divers who has run a small stable in Southwest Philadelphia for the past decade.  Divers says the horses help keep the kids off the streets and gives them a healthier focus.  For 18-year-old concrete cowboy Shahir Drayton, riding has become more than just a hobby having had a therapeutic impact on his life.  In the video below, you will see Mailk and Shahir riding their horses in the most unexpected setting.
