The Eagles’ Facebook page posted this video which shows the front office of the Eagles calling Carson Wentz to inform him they’re drafting him. They sure do pass him around a lot.

What’s more awkward? Roseman and Lurie asking Wentz the same question or Doug Pederson already lamenting why the draft pick is “calm” during the whole situation. It’s like they expected him to be going crazy with airhorns and an, “E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!” chant.
I dunno, this is kind of weird. It makes me wonder how Donovan McNabb’s phone call went…
