Marcus Vick has been arrested and charged with assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, according to WTKR. He’s also been charged with resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice. According to the report, Newport News Police say Vick was “wanted on charges out of Blacksburg.” It goes on to say that he resisted arrest when officer attempted to cuff him.
Marcus is a great follow on Twitter, as he’s quite the character. He really seems like a great guy, and he’s quite inspirational, as one of his recent Tweets indicates:

Hmmm, sounds like this breaking news won’t help his pockets.
This isn’t the first time that he’s been in trouble with the law. He has multiple criminal convictions. Vick was last charged with DUI near Atlanta back in 2013. Marcus is the younger brother of Mike Vick, who also has dealt with his own well documented criminal issues in the past involving dog fighting.
Let’s hope that this latest incident for Marcus will lead to him getting help.
