We credited ESPN’s Adam Schefter as breaking the Sam Bradford trade to the Vikings. Maybe we should have credited Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, because he apparently had it first.

About an hour later, Schefter tweeted out the confirmation. Did Phillips have a Dikembe Mutombo moment? Or is he really the guy in charge of everything?
