Here’s the List of Protected and Available Flyers for the NHL Expansion Draft

The Las Vegas Golden Knights will be drafting their first-ever hockey team on Wednesday.

The NHL announced the protected and available lists of all 30 teams Sunday morning. Here’s the list of protected and available Philadelphia Flyers:

The Golden Knights will select 14 forwards, nine defensemen, and three goalies for 30 players total. The team has announced they will work out deals with other NHL teams should they want to select a player said team does not want to lose, despite making them available. The Golden Knights will not be able to buy out any of the players they select any earlier than the summer following their first season.

The aggregate expansion draft value will be between 60-100 percent of the upper limit for this year’s salary cap. The Golden Knights will have a minimum of 20 players under contract for the 2017-18 season.
