Jordan Matthews Suffers Injury in First Practice with the Bills

It’s been a rough weekend for Jordan Matthews.

After being traded by the Philadelphia Eagles to the much-worse Buffalo Bills on Friday, Matthews suffered a chest injury during his first practice with the Bills on Sunday. He was escorted off the field by a trainer and is currently being evaluated to determine the severity of the injury.

Matthews and a third-round pick was sent to Buffalo for cornerback Ronald Darby, who practiced with the Eagles for the first time on Sunday. The Bills also traded wide receiver Sammy Watkins and a sixth-round pick to the Los Angeles Rams on Friday for a second-round selection and cornerback E.J. Gaines.
