Julius Erving might’ve had the highest praise of Ben Simmons yet.
A few hours after the Philadelphia 76ers paid tribute to the Hall-of-Famer Dr. J with a sculpture of him outside of their practice facility in Camden, Erving had this to say about the superstar rookie point guard.

Simmons has 11 triple-doubles during his first year, the second most all-time for a rookie and third in the NBA this season overall. He has averages of 15.8 points, 8.2 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game so far during his dazzling freshman campaign.
