Sixers in prime time rewind

Game 3 inside the “Who are you?” tour and James Harden comes to town. Honestly, that’s all you need to know when discussing the Houston Rockets.

Since Chris Paul went down, it’s been the James Harden Show.

There was no Jimmy Butler due to a sprained wrist, so life was made easier for Harden and co… right? And just in case you needed a reminder on how bleak the Sixers’ bench is…

COREY BREWER STARTED FOR US.

First half thoughts:

Harden is impressive. The Sixers are tossing everyone on him and he’s not thinking twice. Attacking the rim at will and clears three feet every time he steps back for his statue-esque shot. Legendary form and historic run, no matter the era. Still, even though he finished the half with 27, the Sixers owned the half. Up 15 and really in their heads after the blocked shot and taunt.

This was beautiful!

Second half thoughts:

The second half was nothing but the fans winning some free Wendy’s to close out the third and the Sixers absolutely running away with it. I hope the same fans who speak about not winning vs. playoff teams sure count this one.

Big Cat freezing on the jumbotron, too.
