PTW19 Kickoff Festival in Old City: Last Friday, Philly Tech Week kicked off in Old City with a blowout party. There was a scavenger hunt throughout multiple structures in this historic area of the city. There was a live DJ and plenty of drinks from Wild Kombucha, Powers Irish Whiskey,  Quaker City ShrubsRed Bull, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Lokal Artisan Foods had delicious samples for all.

Intro to Coding for Kids: This immersive demonstration answered, “Why learn programming?” Students dove right into demos and an interactive coding example. Students learned the basics of coding and opened the gateway to an optimal experience in this growing, vital, and affluent field of technology.
