Main Line Today Restaurant Week: 40+ restaurants to try for the first-ever event

Main Line Today Restaurant Week is a brand-new 14-day event that runs from August 23 to September 5 at top dining destinations on the Main Line and in the Western Suburbs. Restaurants will serve up specially priced three-course lunch ($24.95, plus tax, beverage, and gratuity) and dinner ($36.95, plus tax, beverage, and gratuity). menus and offer a variety of dining situations, from indoor to outdoor, take-out to dine-in, and more. This first-time event comes at a time when small independent restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs need support more than ever after the last 16 months of challenges. While all restaurants from the Main Line and western suburbs are invited to join, the program was designed and launched specifically this year to spotlight and help support the small independent and local-based restaurants that were most profoundly impacted by the pandemic.

Presented by Firstrust Bank, the celebration showcases the talents of restaurants and purveyors in Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties. Featuring some of the most award-winning restaurants and nationally recognized chefs in the Main Line region and with a list of participants that reads like a who’s who for the suburban dining scene, foodies from across the tri-state area are invited to save the date, make their reservations, and come hungry for the tastiest weeks of the summer.

“Main Line Today Restaurant Week will be a 14-day celebration of our region’s top chefs, restaurants and purveyors,” said Main Line Today Associate Publisher Marie Edwards.  “We want to make a real and genuine difference to the smaller and independent mom-and-pop restaurants that have been profoundly affected by the pandemic. We spent months talking to our culinary community and gathering input to see how we can best offer our support. We’re proud to have the community’s support as we present something we hope will be truly memorable and impactful—not just this year but in years to come.”

Restaurants can also offer services based on their needs and availability, including indoor, outdoor, dine-in, take-out, etc. Please contact and confirm service with restaurants directly.

Main Line Today Restaurant Week is supported by presenting sponsor Firstrust Bank, with additional support from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Visit Delco, PA, Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board, Chester County’s Brandywine Valley, Metro US, Yelp Philly, Philly Chit Chat, and Aversa PR.
