UFC star Frankie Edgar says that if basketball doesn’t work out, Jahlil Okafor could have a future in the UFC. Edgar say’s that he was impressed by Okafor’s fighting ability.
“He’s gotta use that range a little more, poke that jab a little better. He’s got a future in it.”
My question, what was he watching? It was a shaky ass video where you can never really see anything. Way to play up to the PR and Marketing machine by taking a current event and making it about you, since we didn’t really know who you were before this quote.
Now, go back to the “Ultimate Fighter” show you’re on, and stop wishing bad luck on this Sixers when it comes to Okafor. We do not need him having a fizzled out career!
