A big deal this was over the weekend for some reason. Is it really a slap in the face to Bobby Clarke for the Flyers to “unretire” his number and give to Bieber? Especially when it represents the year and nothing else? Is this real life?
The Wells Fargo Center account deleted the Tweet. Talk about crumbling under the pressure. If this was last year, I’d demand the Flyers use a different number than Peter White. I don’t care even if he was Clarke’s son-in-law at one point.
