That was quick: Vikings to hire Eagles quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo as offensive coordinator

In what is hopefully not a move that ultimately hurts the Eagles, their quarterbacks coach is gone.

Adam Schefter is reporting John DeFilippo will be joining the Minnesota Vikings as their offensive coordinator.

DeFilippo’s contract expired and he was free to move on, but stayed for today’s festivities. He will replace Pat Shurmur, who took the head coaching job of the New York Football Giants.
