With Joel Embiid sitting out another game and Jahlil Okafor trade rumors running rampant, the Philadelphia 76ers were blown out again.
Andre Drummond had 16 points and 17 rebounds and the Detroit Pistons routed the Sixers 113-96 on Monday night in Auburn Hills.
Okafor netted a team-high 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting for Philly, which has lost four straight and six of its last seven games. Reports broke out Monday afternoon of a potential trade involving Okafor heading to the New Orleans Pelicans.

We initially heard that a potential swap centered around a 2018 protected first-round pick and Alexis Ajinca for Okafor, but reports later came out that the Sixers wanted Jrue Holiday. And as long as Embiid remains out, he just missed his sixth straight game due to a left knee contusion, Okafor’s game can be showcased. His minutes were limited when he Embiid and Nerlens Noel were all healthy and initial impressions of Okafor playing with Embiid were underwhelming.

The Pistons had already led 55-46 at the break and pulled away using a dominant third quarter, outscoring the Sixers 31-19. The margin reached as high as 26.
