Scott Franzke had back-to-back Hall-of-Fame-worthy walk-off calls for the Phillies

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last few years, it’s that people love Philly sports radio broadcasters. From Merrill Reese to Scott Franzke, there’s never a shortage of great Eagles and Phillies radio calls each season. Hell, sometimes we even love some Tim Saunders and Tom McGinnis.

We’re pretty lucky when it comes to sports commentators in this city. Of course, someone like Franzke is on a completely different level.

Now, thanks to – me – you can hear Franzke’s radio calls from Wednesday night’s Williams walk-off and Thursday afternoon’s Segura walk-off.

First, Luuuuuuuuuuuuuke!

James Cigarettes:

Follow me (@piccone_) because my old account got DMCA’d. And, of course, follow the great (@FranzkeLA) account as it tweets some of the best lines from Franzke and Andersen during the course of a game. Hell, even Kevin Frandsen gets in there once in a while.

You know you want the audio with video, and not just the highlight version people screen record on their phone. I’m the only one that gives the masses what they want. And if the Phillies make the playoffs? It’s on.
