DeSean Jackson, who had two of his best games of the season against the Eagles last year, won’t be playing against his former team this Sunday. According to a report from ESPN’s Britt McHenry, Jackson won’t be returning to the field for a while.
With the improved performance against the Jets last weekend by the defense, not having to worry about DeSean Jackson is a plus. The run defense should be able to contain both Alfred Morris and Matt Jones.
How the offense will perform? That’s the bigger question.
