After the Eagles trounced the Saints yesterday, we had to wonder what happened to make this Eagles team seem ready to play. Did they eat their Wheaties? Did they sneak some smoothies down to the field before the national anthem? Did Chip threaten them with canned ham?
No. Neither of those things, actually. According to Lane Johnson, the team was motivated by a Sam Bradford speech in the showers before the game.
