Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys have been all over the news as of late for their continued support of a woman beater, Greg Hardy. We’ve documented and will continue to document all of the injustices that continue to take place within the Cowboys organization and within the NFL on the domestic violence front and how it appears that the good ol’ boys are watching out for each other, which leads me to this.
Dorothy Newton, ex-wife of former Cowboy, Nate Newton has released a book that will detail her domestic violence ordeal at the hands of her ex-husband. A key thing to note here is that she believed that the Dallas Cowyboys would have known that she was being verbally and emotionally abused by her then-husband.
Additionally, according to Dorothy, one of her friends told someone within the Dallas franchise about Dorothy’s ordeal. It was shortly thereafter that Dorothy claimed, Nate shot at her and shoved a table into her stomach while she was pregnant.
