The Eagles are on a little roll right now. They’ve won back to back games taking out the Patriots and Bills. The team was as healthy as it’s been all year, last week. The Eagles have a big game this week when they face off against the 11-2 Cardinals. It will be a very tough matchup.
Philly will be wearing their all black uniforms. They’ll need all hands on deck for this one. Unfortunately, Byron Maxwell is dealing with an ankle injury that forced him to miss practice on Wednesday.
Coach Kelly: Byron Maxwell (ankle) was in for treatment. He should be good to play this week. Jordan Matthews should practice today.

Thankfully, it looks like he’ll be back at practice on Thursday. Here’s his comments on the ankle, via csnphilly.com.
“I’m good to go. I’m good. I’m fine. I’ll practice tomorrow.”
Maxwell continued…
“It was a little swollen [earlier in the week]. I could barely walk [Tuesday]. But as we get deeper into the week, I’m getting better.”
The Eagles defense is in for a tough game this week. Carson Palmer is playing at a very high level of football right now and the Cardinals receiving core of Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown and Michael Floyd are very dangerous. Philly is tied for first place in the NFC East with the Giants and Skins.
