Everyone wants to know who will be the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. While I can’t predict that, I can tell you who they won’t be hiring, at least if this guy is a man of his word.
Former Eagles special teams and then defensive backs coach, John Harbaugh was asked if it was “flattering to have his name thrown around for the job in Philadelphia, including on the area’s notorious talk radio airwaves.”
According to the Baltimore Sun, his reply was:
Is it flattering to be talked about on Philly talk radio? Usually not. But no, it’s not even part of the conversation. I hope it’s flattering.”
When pressed further if it would be part of the conversation in the future, Harbaugh stated:
No, it won’t be part of the conversation.”
Damn…! Well, there are always these rumors about the Eagles next head coach.
