Last night, word broke that Ryan Howard’s name was involved in the undercover investigation into HGH use by Al Jazeera.

Howard’s and Zimmerman’s lawyer has said the claims are false.
It’s inexcusable and irresponsible that Al Jazeera would provide a platform and broadcast outright lies about Mr. Howard and Mr. Zimmerman. The extraordinarily reckless claims made against our clients in this report are completely false and rely on a source who has already recanted his claims. We will go to court to hold Al Jazeera and other responsible parties accountable for smearing our clients’ good names.”

Heidi, People must be getting denied and then just doing the conversion without a permit. I agree about getting the word out and as soon as I get my permit in hand, I think a letter to the editor of the Bee, letters to the city manager/mayor/council or some other way is in order. It seems like this is a slam dunk but, sheesh, sometimes you never know!
