One of the reasons that I wasn’t a fan of the Doug Pederson hire for the Eagles is because Pederson seemed like the perfect “yes man” for Howie Roseman and Jeffrey Lurie. While I’m learning to cope with my issues with Dougie Fresh one day at a time, I still need a little more time to get the negativity out of my system.
I was almost there and then I listened to Roseman on SiriusXM Radio discuss the coaching staff that Doug Pederson put together. Some of the hires of which were already made prior to the official Pederson hiring announcement. But, I digress. Here’s Roseman gush about the staff that Pederson put together.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m okay with talking your new coach up, I just would feel much better if Roseman wasn’t one of the decision makers for the hire.
