Houston isn’t exactly a mecca of sports, but they still pay attention to sports radio ratings down in the Lone Star State. Today, the Houston Chronicle used this picture of Josh Innes while he was at KILT in an article talking about which station won the ratings war in Houston in December.

If you care to read about Houston’s sports radio ratings, with four (!) sports stations down there, click here. One thing’s for sure about Innes – he isn’t afraid to humiliate himself or be humiliated. That’s what being an entertainer is all about. But it’s weird that the Chronicle would use a picture of Innes, who’s been with WIP for two years now, in that article. Unless, you know, they wanted to fire some shots his way.
I’m guessing him calling Jason Kelce a “house negro” played into the decision for them to post this photo. Innes has talked openly about wanting to leave KILT because he hated his cohost, who he described as “lazy.” In any event, the above photo is awesome regardless.
