Leah Still, who spent a lot of her time fighting cancer right here in Philly, is now officially cancer-free. Devon Still posted this on Instagram on Tuesday.

Absolutely fantastic news for the Still family. Leah was deemed cancer-free in December, when she was battling Stage-4 neuroblastoma since June 2014. Doctors gave her a 50% chance to live. She finished up her last treatment this week at CHOP.
