Fans of DC Comics and all things superheroes have recently been treated to glimpses of the next two blockbuster films to come down the pipeline.
On Monday, the latest trailer emerged for Zach Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, with some extra footage that focuses in on the discord between the two namesake characters.

#BvS comes out March 25 and carries a star-studded cast: Henry Cavill (Clark Kent/Superman), Ben Affleck (Bruce Wayne/Batman), Gal Gadot (Diana Prince/Wonderwoman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Alfred), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Jeffrey Deane Morgan (Thomas Wayne), Lauren Cohan (Martha Wayne), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Michael Shannon (General Zod), Jason Momoa (Arthur Curry/Aquaman), Ray Fisher (Victor Stone/Cyborg).
Just last week, Warner Bros. released the first official look at another anticipated release from DC Films, David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, which comes out Aug. 5 and stars the likes of Will Smith (Floyd Lawton/Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Dr. Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Jared Leto (The Joker) and more.
Also credited is Afleck as the Caped Crusader, adding to the intrigue and mystery about how, exactly, the two megafilms are connected.
