Yesterday we told you about the report from Ian Rapoport that stated that the Eagles had a second interview lined up with Adam Gase this weekend. Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly is now reporting that “Contrary to a published report, the Eagles have not scheduled a second interview with Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase for their head coaching vacancy, according to a league source familiar with the Eagles’ thinking.”
Frank’s source says that no second interview has been planned yet with any candidate. This doesn’t mean that a second interview with Gase won’t happen, but right now nothing is scheduled, reportedly. Got it? I for one am having a hard time keeping up with all that’s going on.
Interesting nugget: I'm told the Eagles have actually not set up a second interview with Adam Gase. Story is here: https://t.co/RZEm5sioyv

From Reuben’s CSN Philly column:
But [a source familiar with the Eagles’ thinking] said no second interview has been planned yet with any candidate.
He said this doesn’t mean the Eagles weren’t impressed with Gase or they don’t consider him a good candidate.
It just means they are planning to go through the process and interview several candidates once before regrouping – probably at the end of next week – and determining who to place on a short list of candidates for second interviews.
Regardless of where the Eagles’ coaching search has taken them, keep it locked right here for all things related to the Eagles and their search for a new pilot.
