Dikembe Mutombo Avoids Injury at Brussels Airport During Terror Attack

The world witnessed another senseless act of terror yesterday in Brussels when two explosions in the departure hall at Brussels Airport killed around 10 people just before 8 a.m. local time on Tuesday. About an hour later, an explosion at the Maelbeek subway station in central Brussels killed about 20 people. Overall, more than 180 people were injured during the attacks in which ISIS has come forward and claimed responsibility for.

Former Sixer Dikembe Mutombo was at the Brussels Airport during the terror attacks, but he thankfully managed to avoid injury. He posted a couple photos on Facebook to let everyone know he was okay.

Police are looking for the man on the right in the below photo in connection with the Brussels attack. The two men wearing black in the photograph were likely the suicide attackers, according to Federal Prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw.

Hopefully they catch or kill that bastard, but knowing the type of person that guy probably is, he’ll probably take his own life.
