The Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs are changing their name on June 6th to the Cheesesteaks for one night. What I see as a cheesy marketing move meant to sell merchandise (oh, there’s tons of it already), and they’ve got logos to depict “wit or wit-out” trying to pull at our Philly pride. I’m not sold, wouldn’t attend a game over the promo, and certainly wouldn’t buy the ugly ass merchandise, but again, that’s just me.

[Editor’s note: I love these jerseys. And the name change for a day. PHL Anon totally hatin’, yo. I’m buying him a whole bunch of merchandise he’ll have to wear when he loses a bet against me.]
