The Phillies won 2-1 last night in pretty exciting fashion, but the story of the day isn’t the fact that they’re 4-5 and in second place in the division, it’s the fact that their win secured these two little girls a puppy!
At least, I hope they did. Nothing worse than finding out the sign was made and the parents/guardians don’t own up to their promise.
Anyway, what breed should they get? I’m partial to the Bichon Frise, as I grew up with a dog like that and it was a fantastic family dog. Those girls would love a dog like that. They can’t get something that will grow too big because they might become disinterested in it quickly. A lot of my friends had dogs that grew twice their own size in less than two years and they stopped playing with them. Can’t do that to dogs, man.
