The Eagles had already agreed to deals with seven of their eight draft picks last week, Wentz was the only one not come to terms. Rookie minicamp at the NovaCare Complex begins Friday.
Philadelphia signed Sam Bradford to a two-year deal with $22 million guaranteed and Chase Daniel to a three-year contract that included $12 million guaranteed earlier this offseason. The trio of quarterbacks will cost the Eagles about $22.5 million against the cap this season.
Wentz was selected with the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft two weeks ago. The Eagles traded Kiko Alonso and Byron Maxwell in order to move from No. 13 to No. 8 and maneuvered up to No. 2 eight days before the draft after agreeing to a swap with the Cleveland Browns.
