It’s a busy day for the Flyers’ top prospect, Ivan Provorov. Earlier, I outlined his season in the WHL and how he declared himself NHL-ready. Now there’s more news on the 19-year-old stud.

Provorov has officially been named the Bill Hunter Memorial Trophy winner, as the top defenseman in the WHL. This should come as no surprise considering the numbers he’s put up.
Once again, just imagine the years ahead with him and Ghost arming the back end. It’s a good time to be a Flyers fan!
