Mike Milbury, the ultimate dingleberry, is known for making dickish remarks and he’s back at it again. Milbury, who has lambasted Flyers fans in the past for no particular reason, made some controversial remarks Tuesday night during Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals between the San Jose Sharks and St. Louis Blues. He was talking about an interference penalty the Blues’ Steve Ott received during the second period when he advocated players giving other players a “slight concussion.” Here’s the full quote:
This is so unsatisfying for me as a former coach. To watch your player with a slash that doesn’t really hurt him. If you’re going to slash him, crack or bone or something. If you’re going to hit him from behind, give him a slight concussion. Obviously I don’t mean that obviously too seriously.”
Here’s the video:

Ah, good ol’ Mike! He’s such a classy guy. The guy damages the credibility of any show he’s on.

Slight concussions never stopped me! Look at me! I was just the MVP on the Sixers team that won the NBA finals against the Charlotte Bobcats!!!
