After reports circulated yesterday that Steph Curry is going to be named NBA MVP for the second straight season, it was announced that he would return to the lineup last night against Portland. Curry had been sidelined with a foot injury that kept him out of action for a few playoff games. But man did he come back with a vengeance! He led the Warriors to a 132-125 overtime victory against the Portland Trail Blazers to give Golden State a commanding 3-1 series lead in the semifinal.
Curry scored 40 points, including 17 in overtime. 17! He was on fire! En fuego, even. If you had any doubts to just how great he is, watch some these highlights from the game.
