Make it four former Philadelphia Eagles who have decided to call it quits this offseason.
Linebacker Ty Powell joined safety Walter Thurmond, center David Molk and tackle Tanner Hawkinson as players who have retired over the past couple of months.

The 28-year-old Powell signed in the middle of May and played under Jim Schwartz in Buffalo where he recorded 14 tackles and a sack. He missed all of last year with a torn ACL.
