Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Leodis McKelvin has been turning heads so far in practice.
Take a listen to Doug Pederson talking about him earlier today.
Normally I don’t look into these sort of things too much considering the Eagles have been practicing in gym shorts, but McKelvin had his best season under Jim Schwartz in 2014 with Buffalo.
Pro Football Focus ranked him as a Top 10 cornerback that year. We’ll find out if there’s something to this come the preseason and fall. The 30-year-old cornerback signed a two-year deal worth just over $6 million in the offseason.
That’d be quite the coup if he pans out.
