The third overall pick of the 2014 NBA Draft, Embiid, has missed his first two seasons in the NBA due to foot injuries. The 22-year-old will travel with the Sixers to Las Vegas for the Summer League in July, but he’ll be there to practice and not play in any of the games.
Obviously, the main goal is to have Embiid suiting up in time for the Sixers’ 2016-17 season opener.
We’re getting there.
