Can someone get Isiah Thomas off my television?!
The same guy who proclaimed that the only reason Larry Bird was portrayed the way he was because he was white was back at it again Wednesday night. He ripped No. 1 overall pick Ben Simmons apart during the Philadelphia 76ers’ Summer League game against the D-League select team.
The Sixers elected to have the 19-year-old sit instead of playing his fourth game in five nights and this drew the ire of Thomas.

“You’re 19. Earn your money, get on the floor and play,” Thomas said.
Zeke also didn’t like that Simmons sat in the stands with head coach Brett Brown instead of with his teammates on the bench. Would I have liked to see Simmons out there, yes, but was it necessary, no. It’s the god damn Summer League! It was also the team’s decision, not Simmons’.
