Just what kind of head coach is Doug Pederson going to be for the Philadelphia Eagles?
Apparently the kind that doesn’t talk to one of his players who’s facing a 10-game suspension about the who, what, when, where and whys of his looming suspension. After last night’s game, Pederson spoke to the media and said he has a Plan B for when Johnson is suspended. In his mind, he’s “anticipat[ing] there’s a chance” Johnson will miss 10 games after testing positive for a peptide while taking amino acids.
“I have to anticipate there’s a chance [that Johnson will be suspended]. It’s smart on my part to have a Plan B … I’ll be disappointed [if the allegations on Johnson are true], but at the same time it’s out of my hands. You know, again, I’ve got to focus on the whole football team.”
Just watch how he answers the question if he’s talked to Johnson about the looming suspension.
Adding that it’s smart on his part to have a Plan B, he never elaborated on that. What exactly is Plan B? Funeral arrangements for Sam Bradford?
