WWE has just announced the suspension of SmackDown superstar Alberto Del Rio for 30 days beginning tomorrow for violating the company’s wellness policy.
This is Del Rio’s first violation of the policy. He’ll be eligible to return to the company and television on September 17, thus missing SmackDown’s special event, Backlash, on September 11.
