The Pi Fantasy Triple Threat Challenge Results: Week 2

As we approach Week 3, the Fantasy Triple Threat Challenge is starting to become an analytical mind game that leaves you with few answers week-to-week. Who could have predicted that Saints and Giants would score a combined 29 points in a game that was supposed to be a high-powered shootout like an old episode of Deadwood? Did anyone think Allen Robinson would fall flat on his face for the first two weeks? How about Joe Flacco struggling to find his rhythm against the lowly Browns?

All of these scenarios are why this challenge has become a main stop in every player’s weekly preparation. Following the injury reports, looking at matchups and trying to figure out your lineup 16 weeks in advance is what separates the true players from amateur Madden dreamers. While the injuries of Keenan Allen, Danny Woodhead, Adrian Peterson hurt their respective teams, they also have made the selection pool slimmer. It’s just another challenge to sift through on the quest to be #1.

This has been an exciting adventure so far and the feedback continues to trend in a positive direction. For all that didn’t get in by the deadline we will be running the same challenge for the playoffs, but with a few added twists. Even if you do not own a team now, it may serve you well to follow along so you’re ready for the playoffs. The results for Week 2 are as follows:
