We’re here, finally!
After missing two years due to a pair of foot surgeries, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid is set to make his NBA regular season debut Wednesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Head coach Brett Brown said Tuesday that Embiid will play 20 minutes and be trotted out onto the floor for four five-minute intervals.
Coach Brown says Joel Embiid is locked in for 20 minutes against OKC, with stints coming in four clumps of five minutes.

Embiid had been seeing 12 minutes of action during his first couple of preseason games before his playing time gradually increased to 15 and finally 18 minutes.
