LeSean McCoy is looking to make a statement this weekend against his former coach, Chip Kelly, and the new 49ers’ starting quarterback, Colin Kaepernick. McCoy said today he was going to invite 15 to 20 cops to the game in Buffalo to show his appreciation for them.
McCoy also said he’s inviting members of the Buffalo Police Department to Sunday’s game, while imploring Bills fans to be respectful towards 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick is leading a protest against police brutality and racial inequality that has gained national attention over the past two months.
“I’m inviting 15 or 20 Buffalo police to Sunday’s game through my foundation to show appreciation, as well as inner city kids.”
I just hope none of the cops touch his bottle.
