This morning, Josh Huff was arrested for marijuana and gun possession after being pulled over for speeding on the Walt Whitman Bridge.
According to Zach Berman, Huff was charged with a DUI and carrying a gun without a permit. It apparently was registered in Texas. More, aggregated:
“Huff had possession of 9mm handgun with 6 hollow-point bullets with no permit in NJ, had fewer than 50 grams of suspected marijuana in car, which is a disorderly persons offense. Initially pulled over going from Philly to NJ and issued traffic summons for speeding & obstructed view b/c of tinted window, In total, Huff issued traffic summons for DUI, speeding, and obstructed view because for tinted windows. Criminal summons for marijuana under 50 grams, and two warrants (unlawful possession of a weapon, prohibited weapons for hollow-points)”
Huff posted $25,000 bail and will be back in court on November 15.
