Going up against Hassan Whiteside, Joel Embiid had 22 points and five rebounds and the Sixers defeated the Miami Heat 101-94 on Monday night at Wells Fargo Center.
Philadelphia hadn’t won two in a row since March 18-20 in 2015. It was the first time they put together consecutive wins in 108 games, an NBA record. Oh yeah, the Sixers are going streaking!
Embiid finished 7-of-13 from the floor and 7-of-9 from the foul line.
