Joel Embiid was taken out of the game in the fourth quarter tonight with the Sixers down 10, and he didn’t hide his emotions. A couple weeks ago, he kicked a chair. Tonight, he sat down on the bench and proceeded to hit himself multiple times in the head.
I mean, I love the fire and desire to play, and this might have been a factor of how he didn’t feel like he played a good game while he was on the court. But, man, JoJo’s gonna kick or punch something a little too hard one of these days. Can’t someone just give him a stress ball? Or a basketball with Nick Young’s face on it?
For the record, Embiid was back in the game a few minutes later.
