Say it ain’t so. Earlier during the Eagles-Redskins game, Jon Dorenbos injured his wrist in the third quarter and had to leave the game. Here’s where the injury likely occurred:

Brent Celek stepped up as the long snapper, and here’s what happened:

After Celek was knocked out of the game – thanks to Deshazor Everett, who also knocked Darren Sproles out of the game – Trey Burton took over long snapping duties. He did okay, helping in the process of a Caleb Sturgis field goal to put the Eagles up temporarily.

How … how’s he going to do his card tricks? HOW?
On a serious note, I would think the Eagles have to bring in someone to do that if Dorenbos is done, right? Not sure they can rely on emergency backups, unless there are no long snappers left in free agency.
UPDATE: Doug Pederson just announced during his press conference that Dorenbos had wrist surgery last night and is officially done for the season.
